Commissioners award $5M grant to Excela, $1.2M to nonprofits


The Westmoreland County Commissioners last week handed out coronavirus relief grants totaling nearly $1.2 million to nonprofit agencies throughout the county and awarded $5 million to help Excela Health recover from revenue losses suffered during the pandemic.
